To our swimmers and the families of our swimmers: We understand there are a lot of uncertainties around COVID-19 and the long-term effects it will have on our communities. We’re huge proponents of social distancing and the positive effect it has on limiting the spread of the virus. Because of this, the Board of Directors has enacted a temporary delay of the start of our 2020 mock season. We do not currently have a new date for start and will not until the “stay-at-home order” is lifted. We will post any new updates as we receive them. The good news is that because the 2020 season is a mock season, we can push it back through the summer and still have a season, even if it starts and ends later in the summer than expected. We understand that these are trying times for everyone, so if you have any questions or concerns about Wake and the 2020 season, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
