Mock Meet tomorrow morning! Please be there by 7:30am - warmups start at 7:40. Thank you to those who were able to make the parent meeting this evening. Anyone else who's willing to help tomorrow and doesn't know what to do or what they're signed up for, please talk to one of us in the morning and we'll point you in the right direction. Hype your swimmers! Carb rich diet for dinner tonight - pasta is the perfect night before swim meal. No sugar tomorrow, foods for meets should be fruits, nuts, granola, yogurts and tons of water - save the sugars, sports drinks, salts, etc. for after your swimmers are done for the day. See you all bright and early!
