Team,

We do not have heat sheets yet and I'm not sure we'll get any ahead of the event.  There were major problems merging meets this year so seed times may not have been used to seed the event (our apologies, event orders were changed from last year and we had to rebuild everything at the last minute).  Additionally, disregard all relays as they are in the SwimTopia app - they will not be accurate and I'll have the final lineups at the event on Saturday.  Please reference the attached informational packet that explains the facility and entrance fees for non-swimmers.  Warmups begin at 7:10 AM - I imagine our slot will be sometime between then and 8:15 but we don't have all the details yet.  The meet is split in half, with swimmers 10 and under completing all their events first, before moving on to the 11+ categories.  We don't know if there will be a mid-meet warmup for the older athletes as this is the first time they've done it this way.  If any additional information is released to me prior to Saturday I will send it out via email again.  Finally, disregard anything on the attached packet regarding registration, fees, etc. - everything has already been taken care of through our system with the exception of relays (we'll tackle that at a later time).  Thanks for the patience and we look forward to seeing you all on Saturday!
